Terms of service

These terms cover using miniplay and buying Pro. miniplay is a hub of small games for young children, operated by Carajillo Solutions LLC (“we”), which also makes NumFox.
Who may use miniplay
Children play without an account, with a grown-up’s permission. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older may sign in, buy Pro or accept these terms. Children are beneficiaries of the service, not parties to this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not sign in or buy Pro.
The service
miniplay is a set of small games for children in preschool and early primary school, played in the browser or installed as an app. Most games are free and need no account. Some games are Pro only. miniplay is entertainment and a gentle aid to learning; it is not a diagnostic tool and does not assess any child.
Signing in
A grown-up signs in with an email address: we send a link and a 6-digit code to that address, and no password is used. Signing in lets you turn on Pro and keep a child’s acorns, items and outfit safe on a device. You are responsible for what happens under your session. Write to us if you suspect someone else got in.
Pro, prices and renewal
Pro is a subscription paid through Stripe for a period you pick: 3, 6 or 12 months, at the price shown to the grown-up in the parents’ corner, in the currency of their language, before paying. Pro renews by itself at the end of each period at the price then shown, until you cancel. A paid NumFox plan also gives Pro: if you sign in with the email of that plan, miniplay checks it with NumFox. Stripe handles your card; we never see or keep it.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the grown-ups’ corner, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including automatic renewals and partial periods, except where the law requires a refund. See the refund policy for the details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer or copy the service, use bots to reach or scrape it, sell or share Pro access outside your own family, interfere with the service or with other people, or try to get around Pro or the sign-in.
Our content
miniplay, its games, art, sounds and software belong to Carajillo Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play.
Privacy and children
Our privacy notice explains what we keep and is part of these terms. By signing in you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the children who play on your devices and agree to what that notice says.
No warranty and limit of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, for non-payment, or when the law requires it. You can stop using miniplay at any time. To have a Parent’s email and the Players linked to it deleted, write to privacy@caraji.io. The sections on our content, liability and law keep applying afterwards.
Disputes and governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Disputes that cannot be settled informally within 30 days go to individual binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Bexar County, Texas, or by video call; you waive class actions. Small-claims claims are allowed, and nothing here takes away rights Mexican consumers have under Mexican consumer law.
